Possess knowledge, laboratory R&D experience, or work experience in fields such as perovskite solar cells or thin-film batteries.
Have a deep understanding of photovoltaic device principles, in-depth research on perovskite materials OR proficiency in perovskite battery process flow and design schemes, and be familiar with characterization and analysis methods for materials, thin films, and devices.
Prior experience in organic synthesis, nanoparticle synthesis, nano-powder synthesis, or high-efficiency device development is preferred.
Good Chinese and English writing and verbal communication skills; able to understand English emails, literature, and operation guides without obstacles.
Strong research spirit and sense of responsibility, excellent team collaboration and communication awareness, and proficiency in identifying and solving problems.
Flexible Product Engineer

Design, preparation, packaging, and related testing of flexible products.
Prototype verification and standard testing of products.
Connect with customers to understand their technical requirements, and optimize products based on feedback.
Compile product-related technical documents, including product user manuals, quality guarantee certificates, and technical specifications.
Complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree or above (from a nationally unified enrollment program) in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Semiconductor Science, Materials Science, or related majors.
Familiar with device manufacturing and failure analysis of flexible photovoltaic/electronic products, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Proficient in using computer office software, AUTOCAD, and data processing software to analyze and solve problems.
