Patents & Honors

More than 100 related papers have been published, 15 patents have been authorized, and 41 patents are currently being applied for. In June 2023, the conversion efficiency of 30cm × 30cm perovskite photovoltaic modules from Mailuo Energy reached 20.79%; In August, the efficiency was increased to 21.50%. In December, a new efficiency record was set, reaching 22.86%. At the same time, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the trans structured flexible perovskite photovoltaic module reached 21.09%, and the efficiency of the perovskite cell used for indoor light harvesting reached 44.72% (under 1000lux U30 light source illumination).
